About Me

Hi there, my name is Michelle and I have been a practicing Neuro Linguistic Programmer since 2020. NLP is a modality for repatterning subconscious beliefs that drive our daily behaviors. Through this work, new paths are created in the brain that help a person get to where they would like to go, with more ease. Read more about NLP here.

My belief is that people are so much more than their trauma patterns and that each person can reacquaint themself with their true nature beyond these patterns they may have adopted to suit their early survival needs.

My role is to walk with you as you cross the bridge from your unwanted present state to your desired state. Throughout this process all parts of you will be discovered and held with dignity and appreciation. We do this while holding a vision of what you want that has room to expand and include the person you are growing to become.

This work has positively impacted myself, my clients, colleagues and loved ones in ways I could not have imagined possible and it is my greatest joy to share it with you.

How We Work Together

So you want to change something in your life. A habit, a way of thinking or being with some aspect of yourself, others or life itself. You may find that you are motivated by what you are moving toward, or something that you want to get away from. Your mind knows what you should be doing. It’s like Sooooo obvious. But you’re just not doing it. Whyyyyyyyy?????

I believe that for every stuck feeling or long term problem, we find ourselves with, there are two important things accompanying and or stabilizing the issue itself. And so, two areas we often explore in a session are: What was the even worse experience that this current problem was a solution to? AND what is the intended positive outcome of your unwanted experience?

Through this exploration, the client has an opportunity to discover precious beliefs and decisions (often formed in early childhood or gestation) that may be sustaining the unwanted present experience. Spoiler alert- we all come by these beliefs honestly, through traumas and micro traumas. (No matter how much our parents loved us.)

It can be helpful for us to know that our younger self picked the best option on their menu at the time to cope with their own childhood traumas. This coping strategy may have been valuable and important to your very survival (at that time).

And THIS is exactly why change is hard. Why would we give up something that has kept us feeling safe, loved, less alone, ect… since our earliest time? We won’t.

Unless we find a way that honors the original needs and wants of the early child and also the needs and wants of the adult today.

As a Transformational Neuro Linguistic Programmer, I work with you to create resources to reprogram your neural pathways. These resources respect your personal history, they honor where you are today and they open up new possibilities for the future.

The best part is that you do not have to try to think about being different after the session, because the rewiring has happened during the session.
